About International Property ConsultantsThe level of service that IPC give to our Russian clients is comprehensive. We offer professional advice on location and size of the property. Our aim is to supply our International Partners with well qualified leads for properties currently offered.Following to our initial consultations with the clients we will supply our partners with clear details of the clients requirements. Our International partners are then invited to make direct contact with the clients to ensure that the information flow is precise and clear. Only one lead will be given at any time to each partner we will not pass client's information on to multiple agencies. We will monitor the negotiations from both side to ensure that our clients are receiving the services that they require and to assist our partners in understanding the specifics of the Russian market. Inspection ToursWe can arrange for all levels of Inspection visits. These can be very high level specific visits or lower level general inspection visits.It is important to note that Russians require visas to visit many countries. Our tourism company will assist, wherever possible. CommissionsCommission payments will be due on completion of the sale and receipt of funds.Property ExhibitionsWe would be pleased to assist you if you wish to participate at Real Estate Events in Moscow.
